Purpose: In this project, I organized the contents of an informational website designed by an instructor, and prototyped a help site using Figma to visualize the layout and content of the site.
I started by creating a content architecture for your help site. This involves organizing my content into categories and subcategories, and identifying the hierarchy of information (h1, h2, h3...etc).
Wireframing
Then I began to wireframe the site using Figma's design tools to create a basic layout for each page, focusing on the placement of key elements such as the navigation bar, search bar, and footer.
Prototyping
Then I added navigation functions to the prototype to simulate the website in action.
User Testing
Then I tested my designs with real users to ensure that they are easy to navigate and understand, and made any necessary tweaks or changes based on feedback.
