Identify the Problem

I identified the topic, problem, and stakeholders involved to determine what content should be covered in the white paper.

Research

I researched the specific topic and its current trends with the goal of presenting a persuasive solution to a problem within the industry.

Write Content that is Engaging

I wrote appropriate content needed to understand the topic, and solution. Content included should be engaging by using facts, infographics, and relevant images.

Review and Revise

I proofread content to ensure that it is free from grammatical errors, and that all information included is relevant to the topic.

Successes

Identify target audience
- Analyze the audience to determine the scope of the document.
Refer to external resources
- Gain expertise in the topic by referring to primary and secondary research, blogs, news articles, and by talking to SMEs.
Integrate navigation features
- Table of contents, page numbers, and hyperlinks were integrated to quickly direct the reader to information they're trying to find.
Visualize the problem, and solution
- Visuals such as graphics, diagrams, figures, and tables were integrated into the document to strengthen reader engagement, and the readability of the document.
Received constructive criticism
- Presented my findings to peers, and received constructive criticism that I used to improve the final product.
